1. Using the game

These terms apply to Arrow Out: Sand Puzzle, operated by Gaming Arena Social. By using the Game, you agree to these terms where enforceable. If you cannot agree, do not use the Game. Parents or guardians must provide any consent required for a minor to use the Game or its online services.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play for lawful entertainment purposes. The Game, original artwork, software, names, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Fair play and accounts

Do not exploit bugs to gain rewards, tamper with wallets or transactions, bypass security, impersonate others, or use the Game to violate another person's rights. Keep credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Account availability varies by build; social sign-in options are not currently enabled.

We may restrict access when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect services, or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

3. Progress and virtual items

Levels, stars, earned coins, and tools are virtual game features with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money, transferred, or sold outside the Game. Local progress can be lost when app data is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or a device fails. Do not assume offline progress is backed up or synced between devices.

We may adjust puzzle content, rewards, and available features as the Game develops. We will honor applicable obligations concerning purchased content if purchases become available.

4. Ads and rewards

Supported mobile builds may show ads between some levels and offer optional rewarded ads, subject to consent, network availability, and provider decisions. A rewarded-ad offer grants its stated reward only after the provider reports completion. Unavailable, failed, or early-dismissed ads do not guarantee a reward. Ads do not offer real-money winnings.

5. Purchases and platform terms

Paid coin purchases are not currently enabled; displayed packs are previews. If a later version offers purchases, the store shows the product, price, and applicable terms before confirmation. Do not assume preview prices or quantities are a binding offer.

Any offered consumable coin purchase is a one-time purchase unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise. Virtual items have no cash value. Store refund rules and mandatory consumer protections apply; a refund may reverse associated unspent items or require reconciliation of spent credits. Contact us for delivery help, and use the relevant store for billing/refund requests.

6. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes data, providers, consent choices, and retention. Use the account and data deletion page to request removal. Signing out does not delete the account; clearing device data does not remove server records.

7. Availability and responsibility

The Game is in development and features, store availability, and supported devices may change. We aim to provide reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from use of the Game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version; we will provide additional notice where required. Nepal law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and legal rights in your place of residence.
