1. Request account or data deletion

You can request deletion for Arrow Out: Sand Puzzle without installing or opening the Game. Send an email to gamingarenasocial@gmail.com with the subject Arrow Out Account Deletion.

1. Send from the email address associated with your game account where possible.
2. Say whether you want the entire account and associated data deleted or a specific category of information removed.
3. Include your account email or game account ID if known. Do not send your password, authentication token, or full payment information.
4. We verify ownership before deletion and will reply if more information is needed.

This button opens your email application; it does not itself submit a request. If no email app is configured, copy the address and subject into your email service.

2. What is removed

After verification, we delete or anonymize your authentication/account record and associated account-linked wallet and game-service data under our control, except records needed for the reasons below. We can also address support messages and other data you identify. Account deletion is permanent and can remove remaining account-linked virtual items. It does not automatically refund purchases.

3. What may be retained

Limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, deletion-verification, dispute, or legally required records may be retained for as long as those purposes require. Backup copies may remain until overwritten in the normal retention cycle. Our response can explain exceptions relevant to your request. Apple, Google, and other independent providers keep their own records under their policies; we cannot directly erase their store transaction history.

4. Delete progress stored only on your device

If you played without an account, local saves and playtest diagnostics are on your device. On Android, open device Settings → Apps → Arrow Out: Sand Puzzle → Storage and clear app data. On other supported platforms, uninstall/remove app data using the operating system. Check device backup settings if you also want to remove backed-up copies. This removes local progress, earned coins, preferences, and unfinished-round recovery. Clearing device data does not delete an online account.

5. Processing and confirmation

Support handles requests after identity verification and responds within the time required by applicable law. We will explain any need for more information, an applicable extension, or a retention exception. There is currently no self-service in-game account deletion control; use the email route above.
