Terms and Conditions
These Terms explain the rules for using Jhandi Munda 3D on Android and iOS, including its guest and linked accounts, virtual-coin economy, online tables, advertising, chat, voice, and community features.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
Gaming Arena Social ("we", "us", or "our") operates Jhandi Munda 3D (the "Game"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms, our Community Rules, and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Game. When the Game asks you to confirm your age and accept the current Terms and Community Rules, selecting Accept & Continue records that acceptance for your linked account.
2. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Game. By continuing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
Do not allow a person under 18 to use your account or participate in online tables, chat, voice, dealer rooms, or other social features.
3. Entertainment-only game and virtual coins
The Game is a festival-inspired entertainment simulation. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash wagering, cash prizes, withdrawals, or exchange of virtual items for money or anything of value.
Virtual value only
- Coins, rewards, inventory items, account levels, achievements, and leaderboard positions exist only inside the Game.
- Virtual coins cannot be purchased for real money, sold, transferred, gifted, traded, cashed out, externally redeemed, or used as payment.
- We may correct provisional offline balances, duplicated rewards, invalid settlements, or manipulated account state when the Game reconnects to the authoritative server.
4. Guest and linked accounts
The Game may create a guest account when you first play. Guest progress may become unrecoverable if you delete the app, clear device data, change devices, or lose access to the installation.
You may link the guest profile with the supported Google account on Android or Apple account on iOS. You are responsible for keeping your provider account and device secure, for activity performed through your Game account, and for providing accurate table-name and profile information.
Do not share, sell, transfer, rent, impersonate, or provide unauthorized access to an account. Automatic merging of separate accounts is not supported.
5. Online play, tables, and fair results
Online rooms, hosted dealer tables, leaderboards, synchronized progress, and social features require network access and may require a linked account, current Terms acceptance, platform security checks, sufficient account level, or other eligibility controls shown in the Game.
Online timing, accepted wagers, random results, wallet settlement, rewards, inventory, and room state are server authoritative. A player or human dealer may present a shake, but cannot choose, predict, or change the authoritative dice result.
You must not interfere with play through modified clients, automation, exploits, collusion, duplicate-account abuse, manipulated network traffic, false reports, or attempts to bypass eligibility, settlement, advertising, security, moderation, or account limits.
6. Community conduct
Our Community Rules form part of these Terms. They apply to chat, push-to-talk voice, table names, avatars, public profiles, dealer rooms, reports, and all interactions with other players.
You must treat other players respectfully and must not use the Game for harassment, hate or abuse, sexual content, threats, spam, scams, impersonation, illegal activity, disclosure of personal or contact information, cheating, collusion, account trading, or real-money trading.
8. Advertising and optional rewards
The Game may offer optional rewarded ads for a clearly stated virtual reward and may show limited interstitial ads after completed offline results. Closing or declining a rewarded ad does not block ordinary play and grants no reward.
Ad availability, consent choices, frequency limits, and reward verification may vary by platform, region, account, or device. Advertising providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Ownership and permitted use
The Game, its code, designs, artwork, audio, characters, text, trademarks, and services are owned by Gaming Arena Social or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for private entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit the Game except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted by contract.
10. Moderation and enforcement
We may filter or rate-limit messages, investigate reports, correct invalid account state, remove content, mute chat, restrict voice or dealer features, suspend social access, close rooms, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, comply with law, or secure the Game.
Enforcement may be immediate where there is a safety, fraud, security, legal, or account-integrity risk. You may contact us if you believe an action was made in error.
11. Service availability and changes
We may maintain, update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue Game features. Online services may be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, provider outages, security incidents, legal requirements, compatibility changes, or events outside our reasonable control.
We do not promise that every feature, room, advertisement, reward, item, provider, or platform service will always be available.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gaming Arena Social is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Game, loss of guest progress, third-party services, unauthorized account access, or player conduct.
13. Account deletion and termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. You can permanently delete an eligible account from Home → Settings → Player Account → Account Actions → Delete Account, or use the web and email process described in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion is irreversible and removes active account progress as described in the Privacy Policy. Limited moderation evidence may remain only for the stated retention period and purposes.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Game, our providers, safety practices, or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated document at this URL and change its version date. When a new version requires acceptance, the Game will ask eligible players to accept it before using gated online or social features.
15. Applicable law and local rights
These Terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the Game, Gaming Arena Social, and the player in the relevant circumstances. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer, privacy, or other legal rights that apply where you live.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. A dispute may be brought before a court, regulator, or other authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.

7. Your names, messages, reports, and voice
You remain responsible for table names, profile content, chat messages, report details, and voice you transmit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, display, filter, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Game and enforce these Terms.
Push-to-talk voice is transmitted to eligible table participants while active. Gaming Arena Social does not store voice conversations as audio recordings. Do not transmit passwords, payment details, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal or sensitive information.
Do not submit false, retaliatory, misleading, or malicious reports.
