1. Scope and who we are

Gaming Arena Social ("we", "us", or "our") operates Jhandi Munda 3D (the "Game"). This policy applies to the Game on Android and iOS and to the online services used by the Game.

The Game is an entertainment-only simulation. It does not offer real-money betting, cash prizes, withdrawals, or exchange of virtual coins for money or anything of value.

2. Information we handle

Account and authentication data

  • A Firebase user identifier for a guest or linked account.
  • Authentication provider and account-link status.
  • Google sign-in information on Android or Sign in with Apple information on iOS when you choose to link an account. The provider and Firebase may process basic account information, such as an email address, display name, or provider identifier, according to their own settings and policies.
  • Short-lived authentication, reauthentication, and App Check tokens. We use these to secure requests; provider credentials and raw Apple nonces are not placed in analytics or application logs.

Profile, gameplay, and economy data

  • Your table name, avatar selection, account level, experience, achievements, owned or equipped items, and settings.
  • Virtual-coin wallet balance, ledger entries, rewards, purchases made with virtual coins, bets, match participation, dice results, and settlement records.
  • Leaderboard rank and public-profile fields such as table name, avatar, level, achievements, displayed collection items, and total in-game net worth.
  • Dealer-room participation, room state, eligibility, risk and abuse-prevention events, and reconnect state.

Social and user-generated content

  • Table chat messages, blocks, reports, moderation decisions, and consent to the current social terms.
  • Push-to-talk voice audio while you actively use table voice. Voice media is transmitted through our LiveKit voice service for real-time communication. We do not record or store voice conversations as audio files.

Device, advertising, security, and diagnostics data

  • Platform, app version, game session events, feature state, ad placement, reward outcome, and limited diagnostic or performance information.
  • A pseudonymous, one-way installation hash used for abuse prevention, account-risk checks, and protection against one person occupying conflicting dealer and player roles. We do not store the raw installation identifier in the game database.
  • Firebase App Check or platform-attestation results, IP address and server request metadata used for security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and service operations.
  • When advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostics, depending on your device, region, permissions, and privacy choices.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate guest and linked accounts and keep account progress available across devices.
  • Run server-authoritative online tables, hosted dealer rooms, leaderboards, public profiles, virtual-coin settlement, inventory, and progression.
  • Synchronize eligible offline activity when connectivity returns and prevent duplicate or manipulated rewards.
  • Deliver optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads, record verified rewards, manage consent, and prevent ad-reward abuse.
  • Provide chat and push-to-talk voice, enforce blocks, investigate reports, and protect players and the Game.
  • Measure feature reliability and game performance using privacy-minimized first-party analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and detect fraud, security incidents, and misuse.

4. Service providers and data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only when needed to operate the Game, protect users, comply with law, or complete a request you make. Service providers may include:

  • Google Firebase for anonymous authentication, Google account linking, token verification, and App Check.
  • Apple for Sign in with Apple, Apple account reauthentication, and platform security services.
  • Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for optional advertising, consent choices, ad measurement, and server-side reward verification.
  • LiveKit infrastructure for real-time table voice.
  • Infrastructure and security providers that host or protect our API, database, voice, and network services.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the public, or our services.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

The Game may show optional rewarded ads for clearly stated virtual rewards and limited interstitial ads after completed offline results. Skipping or closing a rewarded ad does not block ordinary play and grants no reward.

Where required, advertising stays off until Google User Messaging Platform reports that ads may be requested. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission is requested only when applicable. If privacy options are required in your region, the Player Account screen provides Privacy and cookie settings so you can review or change available advertising choices.

6. Chat, voice, public profiles, and moderation

Chat and voice are available only to eligible participants in a table. Chat is filtered and rate-limited. Players can block and report others, and moderation actions may restrict social or dealer features.

Your microphone is used only for push-to-talk table voice after you grant microphone permission. The Game does not request camera access and does not provide video chat. Other room participants can hear what you transmit, so do not share personal or sensitive information.

Leaderboard and public-profile screens can show the public gameplay fields described above. Authentication tokens, email addresses, installation hashes, private reports, and moderation evidence are not public-profile fields.

7. Offline play and later synchronization

When the network is unavailable, the Game can offer offline play. Offline progress and a provisional wallet estimate may be stored on your device. When connectivity returns, eligible activity data may be sent to the server so the authoritative account ledger can verify and apply permitted rewards. Local offline values are not proof of transferable account value and may be corrected by the server.

8. Data retention

  • Account, wallet, inventory, progression, and match records are kept while needed to provide the account, protect the economy, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or until deletion applies.
  • Table chat messages are normally deleted after 30 days.
  • First-party analytics events are normally deleted after 90 days.
  • Resolved or dismissed reports and moderation actions are normally deleted after 180 days. Open reports may remain until resolved, after which the retention rule applies.
  • After account deletion, limited moderation evidence may remain for up to 180 days with non-identifying internal subject hashes. These hashes do not copy the Firebase identifier, table name, provider identity, email address, or chat text.

Backups and security logs may take additional limited time to expire under our normal rotation and incident-response processes. We keep them isolated and use them only for recovery, security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

9. Delete your account and data

You can request permanent account deletion without reinstalling the Game or creating another account.

Delete inside the Game

  1. Open the Game and go to the Home screen.
  2. Tap the Settings gear in the top-right corner to open Player Account.
  3. Scroll to Account Actions and select Delete Account.
  4. Read the permanent-deletion warning, then select Continue to Delete.
  5. If the account is linked, verify the request using the same linked Google account on Android or Apple account on iOS. Guest-account deletion is submitted immediately after confirmation.
  6. Wait for the deletion-accepted message. When deletion finishes, the Game closes the old profile and prepares a new guest account.

Note: Delete Account is available only after the Game has authenticated the current guest session or when the linked provider can reauthenticate on the device.

Request deletion on the web

Use the web request page below. If you use a guest account, include the player ID shown in your profile so we can verify ownership without asking for a password. You may also email us with the subject Jhandi Munda 3D Account Deletion.

Deletion removes the Game account and its wallet, virtual inventory, progression, linked-provider record, analytics, chat messages, blocks, and voice entitlements from our active systems. It also schedules deletion of the associated Firebase authentication user; an Apple authorization token is revoked where the platform flow provides one. A fresh sign-in after deletion creates a new account and does not restore deleted progress.

If you are actively hosting a dealer room, the room must first be closed and outstanding table settlements or refunds completed so other players' balances are not lost. Deletion then resumes through the safe, idempotent cleanup process. Limited moderation evidence may remain only as described in the retention section.

10. Security

We use encrypted network connections, server-side authorization, Firebase token verification, platform attestation, rate limits, restricted administrative access, and an append-only virtual-coin ledger to protect accounts and gameplay. No system is completely secure, so please contact us if you believe your account or the Game has been compromised.

11. Age requirement and children's privacy

Jhandi Munda 3D is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. Social and dealer features require the age and terms confirmation shown in the Game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

12. International processing

Our providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and limit processing to what is needed for the purposes described in this policy.

13. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You can also:

  • play offline when the network is unavailable;
  • decline optional Google or Apple account linking;
  • deny or later change microphone permission in device settings;
  • review available advertising choices in the Game; and
  • delete the account using the process above.

We may need to verify your account before completing a request. We will not ask for your Google, Apple, or Firebase password.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy at this URL and change the effective date above. We will provide additional notice in the Game when a material change requires it.
