Google Play Purchase Terms.

• Purchased virtual currency does not expire.
• Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, cashed out or redeemed outside the Game.
• Confirming the Google Play purchase screen authorizes that individual transaction.

1. Agreement and scope

These Supplemental Google Play Purchase and Game Service Terms (“Terms”) are between you and Gaming Arena Social for your use of Ludo: Snakes & Ladders 3D (“Game”) and its online services. By using the Game, creating or linking an account, or confirming a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not make a purchase and stop using account-based Game services. Mandatory consumer rights available where you live are not excluded or limited by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and game accounts

• You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian must approve use and purchases where required.
• You are responsible for activity on your Game account and Google account and for keeping access secure.
• Purchases require a supported sign-in method so the verified transaction can be delivered to the correct Game account.
• Do not share credentials, impersonate another player, access another person's account or attempt to move purchases between accounts.

3. Virtual currency and digital items

The Game may offer coins, diamonds and bundles as consumable in-app products. It may also allow virtual currency to be earned through play or approved rewards and spent on gameplay entries, retries or cosmetic content.

• Virtual currency is a limited, personal permission to use digital content inside the Game. You do not own money, property or a stored-value account.
• Purchased virtual currency does not expire. Balances decrease only when spent, adjusted for a verified refund/reversal, corrected for error or removed when the associated account is permanently deleted.
• Virtual items cannot be transferred between players or accounts, traded, sold, gifted for value, converted to legal currency or used for real-money gambling.
• We may change future offers, earning rates or the amount of virtual currency needed for future content. We will not impose a time-based expiry on purchased currency.

4. Prices, authorization and delivery

Google Play shows the final price, currency and applicable taxes before confirmation. Google processes the payment under the Google Play terms associated with your account and storefront. Gaming Arena Social does not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account number.

After Google Play reports a completed transaction, the Game sends signed purchase information to our server for authenticity, product and account checks. The verified item is then granted once to the signed-in Game account and the consumable transaction is acknowledged or consumed. A pending, interrupted or temporarily unverifiable transaction may be delivered after the Game reconnects. Do not repeat a purchase solely because delivery is delayed; follow the steps on our support page.

5. Cancellations, refunds and reversals

You can cancel before completing Google Play's purchase confirmation. Completed refund requests are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable law. Use Google Play's refund request process.

If Google confirms a refund, reversal or revoked transaction, we may remove the corresponding unused virtual currency or digital benefit, or correct the account balance, where technically possible and legally permitted. Contact us if a completed purchase was charged but not delivered.

6. Fair play and acceptable use

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit errors, manipulate transactions, harass players, post unlawful or abusive content, evade blocks, interfere with servers, reverse engineer protected service components or use the Game for commercial trading or gambling. We may investigate reports, preserve necessary evidence and restrict features or accounts to protect players and the service.

Player chat, names and other shared content must be respectful and lawful. The Game may provide reporting and blocking tools. You grant us a limited right to host and process content you submit only as needed to operate, moderate and protect the Game.

7. Suspension, account deletion and service changes

You may request account deletion inside the Game. The confirmation flow explains the deletion schedule and affected data. Deleting the Game account removes access to its balance and content and does not automatically cancel, reverse or refund a Google Play transaction.

We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. We may update, maintain or discontinue features, but purchased virtual currency will not be made to expire merely because time passes. If a service-ending change materially affects unused paid content, we will follow applicable law.

8. Availability, responsibility and legal rights

The Game is provided with reasonable care, but networks, devices, Google Play and online services can experience interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaming Arena Social is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Google is not responsible for Gaming Arena Social's online service, virtual-item delivery or support. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country or region. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
