Recoil Rivals Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 8 September 2026

Plain-language summary: Recoil Rivals is an offline-first game with no player accounts, cloud saves, chat, or separate analytics service. Game progress and settings stay on your device. The game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded videos, gameplay banners, and capped post-game ads, and Google's advertising technology processes certain device, interaction, diagnostic, and approximate-location data as described below.

1. Who we are

Recoil Rivals (the “Game”) is published by Gaming Arena Social (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game.

Privacy contact: nirmal99.ba@gmail.com

2. Information stored locally on your device

The Game stores the following information in its local save file:

This information is used only to run the Game, remember your choices, protect the virtual economy from duplicate grants, and restore progress. It is stored in the app's private storage on your device. We do not receive or upload this save file, and it is not used to identify you.

3. Advertising and privacy choices

Recoil Rivals uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for optional rewarded videos, gameplay banners, and frequency-limited post-game interstitials. Rewarded videos grant the displayed coins only after successful completion. Failed loads and early closure do not consume a daily reward. You can earn coins and play the campaign offline without watching a rewarded video.

Ads may load after advertising setup completes, including banners and post-game ads that do not require another Watch tap. Before requesting ads, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check applicable advertising privacy requirements and present Google's forms where required. Your privacy choices never prevent campaign play. Ads may be limited or unavailable depending on your choices, region, connection, and inventory.

Apple tracking permission: On supported iOS/iPadOS versions, the Game may request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before the advertising SDK can use the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for advertising measurement. You may choose “Ask App Not to Track.” The Game remains playable, and Google can request eligible ads without sending IDFA. An existing choice or a device restriction can mean Apple does not show the prompt again. Regional Google privacy choices and Apple's tracking permission are separate controls.

Google's advertising technology may collect or share:

The Game does not request GPS or precise-location permission. Approximate location inferred by the advertising SDK from an IP address is different from GPS access.

Google and its advertising partners use SDK data for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. The updated iOS ad flow requests non-personalized ads and disables publisher first-party ID. Non-personalized ads do not mean that no data is collected: they can still use identifiers for frequency capping and aggregated reporting, and may require regional consent. Other app versions may serve personalized or non-personalized ads according to applicable privacy choices, device settings, and Google's policies. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

See How Google uses information from apps that use its services, Google's Privacy Policy, and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.

4. Information we do not request

The current release does not create player accounts and does not request your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera, microphone, health information, payment information, or messages. We do not operate a separate analytics service, cloud-save server, multiplayer service, or advertising profile database for the Game.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information processed for advertising is shared with Google and its advertising technology partners as necessary to provide, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in ads. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request, or as part of a business transfer where permitted by law. Because the Game's save data is local and is not sent to us, we generally do not possess that data to disclose.

6. Your choices and controls

Resetting progress can preserve your audio and accessibility preferences when the Game says so. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the Game's local save from that device, subject to any backup behavior controlled by your operating system or app store.

7. Retention and deletion

Local save data remains on your device until you reset it, clear the Game's storage, or uninstall the Game. Recent rewarded-ad transaction identifiers are stored locally in a limited rolling history to prevent duplicate rewards. We do not maintain a server-side player account or cloud copy of your game progress.

Google controls the retention and deletion of information processed by AdMob under Google's own policies and your Google/device privacy controls. If you have a privacy or deletion question about information that you believe we control, contact us at nirmal99.ba@gmail.com.

8. Data security

The Game stores its save file in app-private device storage and uses an atomic save-and-backup process designed to reduce corruption. We do not operate a server that receives the save file. Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK protects data in transit with TLS. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

Recoil Rivals is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Age and parental consent requirements may differ by country.

10. International users and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise a right concerning information we control. We may need enough information to understand and lawfully respond to your request. For advertising data controlled by Google, use Google's privacy and advertising controls or contact Google directly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. We will update the “last updated” date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the Game or store listing. Please review the current policy when installing an update.
